A custom sound bath aligned to your goals for the session. Held in your home or comfortable space. Various overtone emitting instruments will be used. Instruments may be used on the body (bowls, tuning forks) if desired. 60 minutes.

Please ensure a quiet, private, and safe location for the sound bath. We will provide a mat, blanket, and props but you are also welcome to use your own if you prefer. Please no outside guests at the sound bath. We will arrive 20 minutes early to set up our sound meditation space.
